Tacoma Anesthesia Associates is the hospital-based anesthesia group at Tacoma General, Baker Day Surgery, Allenmore and Mary Bridge Children's Hospitals. Anesthesia services are separate from the hospital and surgeon charges. Therefore, you will receive a separate bill for your anesthesia care.

Additionally, our anesthesia group, the hospitals, and/or other health care providers (e.g. your surgeon) do not always participate with the same insurance companies. As such, our group may be considered out of network with some insurance companies.

Insurance Coverage

While TAA contracted plans are listed below, you should contact your insurance carrier directly to verify if Tacoma Anesthesia Associates participates with your insurance plan. Please refer to the number on the back of your insurance card and reference Tacoma Anesthesia Associates Tax ID # 910869956 to validate your insurance coverage on anesthesia services.

Payment

Payments can be made online using the PerYourHealth.com website, and the Access Key found on your statement. Balances after insurance processing (copayments or deductibles) are due upon receipt of statement.  If needed please contact the billing office to set your account up on a monthly payment plan.
